7.5 In case of non-delivery due to recipient absence, the courier will alert the customer and attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, after 30 days, the contract will terminate, and SKYSPER will refund the amount paid, deducting return and storage costs.
7.6 Refund details will be communicated via email and credited via the original payment method.
7.7 Customers should inspect packages upon courier delivery and report issues immediately to SKYSPER Customer Service.
