Returns Guidelines

Items with quality issues within 3 months from the date of purchase are eligible for a free return or exchange. For returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality, customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in new condition, and have all tags attached. You may return the item for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase (or 30 days for Sale items). Please complete the returns form that was included with your order and send it back to us with the returned item(s), following the guidelines outlined below.

International Returns

International returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the returned item is faulty. If you believe you received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Services team, and we will make arrangements to cover your return costs. For all returns to us from overseas, please ensure that the customs declaration indicates that it is a 'RETURNED ITEM' and include a printout of the receipt you received via email.

Refunds

When requesting a refund for returned products, we will reimburse the cost of the products but not the shipping charges. In the case of returning part of a bundle or complete package, the bundle discount will no longer be valid, and the refund amount will reflect this adjustment. We strive to process refunds within 7 days from the date the return is received.
